Monday, November 27th, 2006 Friendship is.

Friendship is
finding out someone you've just met feels
like you've know them forever.

Friendship is knowing that
your spouse is forever your friend.

Friendship is
helping out in that unexpected way
that just makes you smile.

Friendship is never having to say you're sorry.
Oops. That's love, not friendship!
Friendship is knowing WHEN to say you're sorry.

Friendship can be very special.
Don't take it for granted.
Wasting it can be one of life's big regrets.

Ouch. Do I get them from Somewhere?

Read the FIRST message in the blog HERE:

A playwright, who seven months after winning the pulitzer prize for one of her plays, decided in November, 2002, to write a PLAY-A-Day for a full year.

If you go to that post, you can hear the same interview with her that blew my mind.

Now I'm not a playwright, but I can (and used to write lots of poems)

So I decided to do this public sharing of poetry.

And yes, I write every single word of them, including my "so called" poetry machine, which is really just a method to get people involved.

If you want to help the cause, please print a copy of that first message, as well as a link to the automated poetry machine, and bring them to your english teacher, and ask that he look at it, and perhaps encourage your class to submit topics to the Automated Poetry Machine™ page

and yes, I swear I write them all!
